Figure out what you're doing and try to correct the situation.
Office jobs have a lot more to do with getting along with coworkers than it does being competant. Only now are colleges telling people this, that kissing up to your boss really is important.
Used to be folks would land an office job and usually stay their whole working life. Now we're hopping jobs every few years. Pretty normal. Employers mostly want you to prove you held a job, with less emphasis on positive reviews, etc.

If it's multiple co-workers vs. you as a solitary being, why not quit while you have that option and seek employment elsewhere.

well I am not sure about where you live.... but in my country - there are labour equity lawyers, a labour department where you can find out what you can do and theymight refer you to a legal aid assistant for help and advice. Maybe in your country there are similarinstitutions. But you can also approach your employer and tell them and ask for help.

Update your resume and start looking elsewhere..
Meanwhile, work carefully so that your slate is clean whether you're fired or not.
You also might want to ask yourself Why they want to get you fired

Get your resume ready and get a different job and beat them to the punch. That's what I did. Works great.
If you're really vengeful, once you're gone then you can harass them without repurcussions and really make their lives hell then.
