Ribeye steaks are what I like to grill most often. The most important thing to remember when buying a steak for the grill is to look for a lot of fat marbled throughout the flesh.
That's what gives the meat its flavor and juicyness.

Ribeyes! Mmmm Mmmmm good. Marinate them in Italian Dressing a couple hours before you put them on the grill, and they will be tender and fantastic as long as you don't overcook them.

T-BONE'S ARE THE BEST!!!! If you really wanna go for broke marinade them in a 30 min marinade in youre favorite flavor its great....ENJOY
