Sea Horses are amazing animals and sadly there are not to many other fish that can be placed with them. Pipe Fish and the most compatible the reason is this Sea horses are very slow moving animals and they do not compete well for there food. They tend to only want to eat Live brime shrimp and there are so many interesting facts about them Did you know that this is the only species in the world that the MALE gives birth. I have been involved with Keeping Saltwater fish for about 25 years and they have always amazed me. They come in so many wonderful colors and shapes as well. They are also known as sea dragons and when setting up a home please ensure that they have plenty of branchy stuff so that they can get a good hold with there tail. They tend to do better in small groups and they are on the brink of becoming extinct. Try to breed them and remember that testing your water on a regular basis will help in keeping them alive.

If you are experienced shouldn't you know sound like you don't know anything about fish or I think you would know. Since you don't know I suggest that you get nothing until you do some reading on the subject.

they can be with any non-agressive salt water fish. seahorses are boring though, they just latch onto a branch with their tail , and stay there for most of the day. but if thays what your interested in, then go for it.

You must know that they are saltwater creatures.

They are very delicate and shouldn't really be with any other marine fish.

They cannot have any appreciable current in their tank.

They need very small live food such as live brine shrimp.
