The Hulk gets stronger the more he fights and gets angry, but Danny can will himself not to be hit. Hulk is so stupid I doubt that Danny could even posess him, and even if he could there are already 3 entities in Hulk's mind to fight him off. If Danny could possess Hulk, what good would it do? If he tried to make Hulk commit suicide, well, Hulk can't be killed...
In addition, Danny has been beaten by alot less, but ultimately nothing would happen, Hulk can't hit Danny, whatever Danny does won't affect the self dubbed "Strongest one there is."

It would almost be a tie. The hulk's brute strength vs. Danny Phantom's light-weight speed and powers. Who knows. We'd have to match them up to find out.

danny phantom hes like a ghost and he cant be hit by the hulk and he can controll people bodies so he could go into the hulks and commit suicide without killing himslef in the proccess
