The answer to this is simple, NO!..Somebody would have done it for him!..If Dubyah had to do his own cheating, you can be sure he would have copied from the paper of the only person in the class, more stupid than him!..This is all assuming that he managed to find the correct exam room in the first instance and didnt wind up looking for it in the college dunny! You see, the truth is, Dubyah is none to bright!..Proof?..Easy.. He thinks Canada is called Canadia.and when in Australia, thought he was in Austria!..Think about it?..He is, after all a politician, well bought and payed for, need i say more?..

Good question. You are asking it because his poll numbers reflect his incompetence in his job.
Although he does well when he is reading a speech written by his speech writers; he does not have command of the English language when he is speaking informally to a crowd.
Perhaps he was smart at one time, but destroyed too many brain cells during his "youthful indiscretion" days. We don't know if he cheated, but we do know that in the past he had an alcohol problem and was known to do cocaine. Oh yes, the 70's!

Well- turns out that he got better grades than the supposed brainiac, John Kerry. So Im sure all of the Kerry supporters would have to make themselves feel better by saying he cheated, even with no evidence to support the theory.

He comes from a rich family, it was not necessary for him to cheat. He would have gotten the degree if he'd been in a coma for 4 years.

We may never know for sure, but I don't think he is known for the fair and square approach to life. You should ask daddy Bush, who was instrumental in finagling his son's climb up the ladder to the presidency.

Bush was always known for his honesty and loyalty in everything he done.
It was Ted Kennedy that got kicked of college for cheating on exams.

Don't know about cheating. You do know that he branded pledges to his fraternity, don't you? It might not be cheating, but it was wrong, and pretty darned strange.

A primate could earn C's without cheating.
