Atkins is good if you want to lose the weight fast, but not a good lifestyle...I've felt tooo deprived. What you should do is eat 5 to 6 small portion meals a day, maybe 3 meals and two snacks that are low in fat and sugar. This gets your metablism up to burn more calories, and keeps you full so you don't over eat. You should also exercise. Get a gym membership or go jogging and do light weight lifting at the very least 2-3 times a week. My personal trainer put me on this program and it works great, I lose about 1-3 pounds a week. I also know other ppl doing the same thing and they've had great results.

Eat lots of calorie free foods like salads with lite dressing and soups with no cream. Do this 5x a week and off on the weekends. Also don't eat after 6 pm and do fast walking for 1 hour 4x a week.

Buy yourself a luncheon plate and only eat what is on it. Make one protion protien (meat) and three portions veg. Have six small meals a day and exercise.

Slow and old skool but it works. Diets may get you down there but unless you retrain yourself how to eat it won't last.

low low low calorie, youll burn fat just doing ur normal rutine take in atleast 500 cals a day and dont go over 2000 drink water and no sugar.


caffeine is the best weightlosss pill ever, get some nodoze.

You should take a look at the answers to this question, she had a great response I answered once also. These things worked for me...the biggest thing is consistency. Make the changes gradually but consistently!!!
