Depends on the type of attachment you are sending and what e-mail program you are using.
Microsoft Outlook will block access to certain types of files for security reasons.

ok, homestead windows determines this methodology to open a report by ability of reading the suffix... to illustrate, if suffix is .xls homestead windows looks for Excel - if .rfile, curiously for notice, etc... in case you bought a report with an unusual suffix yet you realize on your heart the in all risk application, choose the browse option to locate the perfect application... and that usually works. to illustrate, i latterly downloaded a report with .RTF suffix. homestead windows wasn't specific what to do and gave me that comparable menu. I knew that notice might desire to safeguard it so I clicked browse and chosen notice and all went properly... :) that's purely a remember of coaching notice which application to apply. solid luck.

If it's happening when using Outlook Express it's a quirk that can happen. it happened to me. It was never resolved until I deleted my email account & added it back again. If you do this you wont lose anything from your inbox, sent, outbox etc

You mean "receiver" not receiver!
Maybe you aren't sending it correctly. You can't spell, so maybe you don't know how to send an attachment either.

I had that problem, when you choose to download the file unclick the "close this window when done" and then open it. It works for me!
