March, April, May is the lowest season to go to the Philippines..
Its an advantage for us living here in America, because that's the summer in Philippines.
These are the airlines that are usually cheaper when I fly to Phiilippines on does months.
China Airlines, Korean Airlines, Asiana Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines..
These are the Airlines that I usually take.. Im from NYC.
Price range $750 - $900

Philippines Airlane and Japan Airline all go to the Philippines. I personally took a trip to the Philippines on both of the airlanes PAL is good but kind of costly and Japan Airline is the cheapest

I fly korean airlines most of the time. PAL is also pretty good. I run yahoo group with complete airlines info.

CATHAY PACIFIC.. the best and reliable.. but as for pricing, i have to be honest its not the cheapest. the service is amazing though.
