If it is an illegal substance you have to destroy it but how would an innocent person like your self know if it is illegal or not? You have no choice but to conduct extensive trials of smoking it in order to ascertain if it is the illegal stuff or not.
I wonder how it got there in the first place? Perhaps the police put it there so that they coud have the pleasure of nicking you, that would be called a plant.

ideally? i might destroy out some trellises and have a winery. develop grapes on the vine, tomatoes on the vine, strawberries on the runner, and while aspects of the element might desire to lie fallow, develop honeysuckle. yet actual. i'm going to be the 1st to admit i've got not got the concentration or self-discipline to try this top. i might screw this up. i think of i've got in basic terms seen one too many "airborne dirt and dust beds" in my existence, you realize? I in basic terms have not got countless faith that I also have a green thumb everywhere on my individual. unhappy to declare. Have a famous individual nonetheless, solid question. ^_^

It's not your fault if you find it there.... but it is your fault if you let it take over. All you have to do is pull it out. If it's pot, same thing. If you found it there, but didnt' get rid of it... yes it is your fault.

it depends how big your garden is and how cultivated it looks, if your on 1000 acres and it's a small patch you shouldnt be, if its 2 metres wide and packed full of weed your looking at jail :P

get some weed and feed kill it off feed your plants and if it s illegal your gonna have a hard time explaining you didn't put it there , makes it easier if you test negative
