Me too - I had a great time. Spent about a month there and loved it. It's a beautiful country. Visited Baden Baden, Ulm, Rothenburg, Frankfurt, Bamberg, Heidelberg, Nuremburg and Koln (don't know how to do umlaut), Tried twice to visit Munich but it just didn't work out. The second time it was the same night as a Bruce Springsteen concert and there were no affordable places to stay. Oh well. Maybe I'll get to go back some day.

Not me, I was going to go on my honeymoon and it got cut short so we spent the week in Amsterdam And Brussels. We were rerouted on the train through Germany but didnt actually stop there. sorry. It was a beautiful ride throught here though and would like to go back. But Amsterdam was the bomb.

Dad was based in the US Army there when I was a kid. We lived there 3 years. Had a great time there. Germans are generally really good people.

I was born there...on the military base. It's very awesome over there...I can't wait to take hubby over there to meet my family. I haven't been back since 1984 and sure do miss it!

i lived in germany for 4 years while in the air force and i loved every miniute. i was at Spangdahlem AB, near Trier.

Dear lord, I wish. I kind of know a soap-opera star there (he came here this summer), but boy, did he ever creep me out. it was weird. But he had a really hot accent.

i live here for now... i really like it. we live in a little city, but are close enough to frankfurt and nurenburg.
