Is there something i can download that will let my see gamecube files when i put a disk in the CD Drive.

Nope, Gamecube discs are a completely different format. Plus they are smaller. But when the Nintendo Wii comes out I assume they're disc will be able to be read in your computer since they will be the standard disc size.

The dictionary is the emulator you need (if it exists) and the Indian Person will be your computer. However, have you heard and Indian speak English before. It is not perfect and your computer won't be neighter.
