My office is connected to Mauritius Telecom ADSL. I want to connect my home PC to my office's network by wireless. The distance from my home and the office is round 250m.

I want to know the correct combination of ROUTER, ANTENNA, and ADAPTER. and any other additional kits needed

I would also like to know if a router for cable connection is available for about 250 m distance. And what is the maximum cable connection range provided by these routers.

Thje normal range for a wireless network is about 70 meters (adjust for walls, trees, electrical wires, etc, that may shorten the range.) So 250 meters is beyond the range.

You could place a series of "repeaters" between your house and the office, but they would have to sheltered from the rain, have an electric plug for power, etc. Plus it would mean that anyone along the path of the repeaters would be able to access your wireless signal and possible hack the network. 250 meter a lot of vulnerability. Plus the signal would be affected by fog, rain, snow, etc.

Maximum range by cable is about 100 meters, so you are back to the need for repeaters. Plus anyone who found one of the repeaters could unplug your cable and plug their own computer in and have access to your network. Again, a security risk.

You would probably be best to have a seperate cable modem installed in your home, and set up a remote access to your office. That would allow you connect to a computer inside the office building from your laptop and run that computer just the same as if you were sitting in front of the computer.

you dont need route adapter or maybe even antenna.
what you need is two wifi lan cards. one for office and one for home. you make an ad-hoc network on one side (lets say office) and connect to it from the other side (say home).
to share the connection. if you use windows xp you can easily turn the connection sharing on and it assigns ip address for the lan card. on the other side you use automatic ip address.
you wont probably need an antenna if you are lucky. but you might use antenna if it doesnt work. i wont think you'll need AP at all.
