Ok I have suggested this too a few so try this. I also added a few things. Give her a bubble bath. Then after the bath haver her lay on her stomach. If you can get a lavender based massage oil. Start on the back at the shoulders. Take both hands length wise and go down the whole back to right above the buttocks. Pull out to the sides and come back up the sides of the body and out over the shoulders. Do that about 5-7 times. Then move to the side reach over and pull the opposite side with both hands moving from the hip to shoulder. Do that twice then do the other side. Then after that run your thumbs down both sides of the spine to the bottom. Repeat 5 times. Then repeat the first stroke 5 times then move to the lower back. Find the bony triangle at the bottom and using the heel of your hand circle it 5 times keeping your other hand on top of the circling one for balance. Move to the buttocks. Standing to one side use both hands and circle the other buttock 5 to 7 times use firm pressure here. Then use your fists and rotate on the buttock go top to bottom side to side. Then use your hands and pull up from the side to the crack. Got bottom to top. Repeat on the other one. Then Take you thumbs and using a firm pressure go down the crack on both sides. Due that 5 times. Do long strokes down the leg and then to the feet. Sit at the foot and holding with one hand use you thumbs and go over the entire sole with them using a firm pressure, Pull each toe and then using your 1st and 2nd knuckle in an up and down motion go over the sole again. Repeat on the other foot. Then have her turn over. Start at the shoulders ands and having both hands flat run them down the chest between the breast to the waist. Pull out to the sides run your hands back up the sides to her shoulders. Repeat 5-7 times. Then take your hands and place them on the breast. turn each a 1/4 turn clock wise. Repeat 3 times. Then run you 1st and 2nd fingers around the breast like you are making a space around them. Then take the palms of your hands and go over the breast lightly. Have fun hope this helps.

Seven years, that's great! How about cleaning the house for her or cooking her a dinner, that shouldn't cost you anything. Manicures and pedicures at a local beautician college are usually very inexpensive, but very relaxing and pleasant.

Get together a picnic and take her to a gorgeous park give flowers not neccessarily rose.Simple is best and from the heart. coupons from you to her for massages,cooked meals etc is wonderful and of course a mushy card.We gals love mushy things from our guys once in a while.

women have always been in love with flowers thru out their lives.give her a sweet bouquet of roses.she wd be delighted and cook some nice dish for her.lay the table with candles and wine.balloons are also welcome at this point.women get really excited when their husbands cook something for them.this adds flavour to the romance in married life
