Legal, yes, gross-yes

Yes, it is legal! I am against it, because my brother married our step sister, but divorced later on. they were not raised together, but it doesn't work out in most cases. if the parents involved have problems, they turn to their children for support, and if the child is having to obey their spouse, then it makes things complicated, and vice versa if the stepchildren's marriage gets rocky, the parents have to debate amongst themselves for their children's sakes, and i PROMISE you, they will take sides.

It may be legal, but it doesn't work out.

I don't see why not. I have some friend that did it. she and he were planning to marry and her father and his mother fall in love and married before the did. So when they got married they were step bro and sis. So go ahead and do it if thats what you want.

Is it related thru a marriage between different sets of parents?Or do you both share the same mother or father?I knew a couple who married after her mom and his dad married one another.

Yes it is legal as you are not biologically related... However there will be social and emotional ramifications, so it's a very bad idea to even consider..
