I created a blog at blogger and I dont know how to open it?

You can't open and view blog until you post atleast one post. So, go to http://www.blogger.com/home , log in and post one post. After that, click on "view blog" tab, and you will see it.

And url of your blog is probably http://wwwsaintlyonesnet.blogspot.com or http://saintlyonesnet.blogspot.com

to just view it, u gotta write wwwsaintlyonline.blogspot.com...
if u wish to edit it go to blogger.com, login and edit ur posts...
