WWW.geocities.com its a gud site for starters u have to do simple things in order to make ur own website and got to say if ur a new to creating websites i think u would love the options in the site .

If you have no skills in creating websites the best option is to either grab a free template off of a website such as oswd.org and edit that, or create a Blogger.com or Myspace.com page. The latter require no knowledge of code. Although I am a web/multimedia designer so would obvously encourage you to have it professionally done...;)
