i'm confused...it's not possible to play both 4's of the 3rd string at the same time, that's what's got me.

Well, for one, there's two guitars.

I can't see anywhere where it says you should play the same note at the same time twice on one guitar.

(I presume by 3rd string you mean D string).

Listen to the track and figure it from there.

Where is this both 4s of the 3rd string you're taking about?
I want to try and help but i don't know how.

The tab is rhythmically coordinated. they have a little "tab key" thing that helps you read the tabs. Tabs suck though because they don't have the beats mapped out which is confusing as all hell when you're trying to read a zappa tab.

Can't you just play along with it and pick it out by ear? I mean, it's not gonna be that difficult , it's just another HH song....

i can't see where the fourths on the third string are.. i recon i could have a bash at it.. if i cud rememba wat all the symbols ment... i dont see where u are confused.. it all seems quite easy.....
