just wondering, but if you do DDR for i hour or so every day, is that good exercise?

i am saying one hour because everyone says u need at least one hour of exercise a day

It's fantastic exercise. The game (at least the home version) can calculate the approximate number of Calories you've burnt.

According to West Virginia Public Schools- yes! And I'd say that it's pretty decent aerobic exercise.
At any rate, it's better than sitting on the couch all day!

I'm not sure, but I love DDR! I think it's pretty healthy. It's better than sitting on the couch and watching TV.

are you serious? and hour! well i think you might be embellishing a little but yeah thats great cardio;if youre looking to loose weight its probably one of the best things you can do.
