I use a simple .txt file on a 3.5" floppy disk and insert it when I need to find a username/password of mine for a Web site. I tried using several text/password encryption programs like EOC (encrypt on click) but had some trouble. Still looking for a secure, seamless and simple method but the .txt file on a floppy has been working well for me so far. What do you use?

Also, my Firefox does a good job of remembering my passwords, along with the MozBackup tool.

All my passwords are a certain mix of special objects in my room, or amazing moments during my life. it's an easy way not to forget, but its always better to write it down somewhere, just in case you have too many stuff protected with a password.
