They are outgoing, brave, and probably don't feel like wasting time if that person that they like doesn't like them. A lot of people can't do that, but the people that can are the ones you would expect to be honest, up front, and not beat around the bush.

Is there a better way to find out if the girl likes him? I guess theres always he said she said pass a note in geography. But hey, it's the best way to cut the c**p.
