STDs will not stop a period, although stress about having an std can. Preganancy is the number one reason for amenorrhea (no period). Female athletes or those with really low body fat are also candidates for no periods. The most common STDs are Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Herpes, Warts, HIV, Syphillis---> none of these stop a period but can cause many other problems

anything can mess with your period....especially at a younger age. Weight loss or weight gain is the most common....if you have gained a little weight or lost a little weight within a short period of time then this can cause your period to be late.

true it can interupt your cycle go see a doctor and get checked out stress can cause that also so can dieting

yes lots of diseases of the uterus can stop menstration as well as some other disorders but it is not very common
