Not really, just immature. She is surrounded in people who tell her how attractive/funny/great she is all the time and so she doesn't always realize what she looks like to "normal" people. And I don't know about everyone else, but I do believe her when she says that she didn't think the video would come out (that basically her ex would just keep it and not be showing it to everyone). But she should have known better than to think that and never should have let the video be made in the first place.
In essence, she doesn't always think things through (doesn't think about consequences) but I don't think she is mentally retarded nor a b***h, just doesn't know when to say when. She'll learn as she gets older.

Yes, in several ways. The way that stands out to me is that she has no talent or looks, but genuinely believes she does, not knowing that the only reason she's were she is, is because of her family name and money. She acts crazy because down through the years her family has kept the bloodline pure by constant inbreeding.

I wouldnt say she is mentally retarded. Just a effing spoiled brat who momma and daddy take care of. She will never have to get her pretty little hands dirty ever. Hell, if I had the money...I could get a recording contract too. Or have my own tv show. Or get in the clubs. I guess the lesson here is....if you have lots of money...you dont need an education.

This very well maybe true.. why? you ask... she had too many nannies as a child who must have dropped her on her head one to many times. What a shame!..she could have done something useful and productive with all that money she's got.
