Lets Just say, I think the he is a BOY...if you know what I mean, But if you are really concerned, just take him to the vet and see what that say
I hope this helps, and I hope your little guy is Okay
P.S. I don't think you should be too concerned unless you really think it is something, because when I went to Petco, I looked at the Chinese Dwarf Males and they ALL have a big...Very big behind and there were about 20 of them

How old is he/she? It's probably a cyst tumor. I had a dwarf hamster that had a lump on it's upper cheek. I thought it was food but I figured it out a couple days later that it wasn't. The vet and on the net had info about it and sadly to say, they won't live long.

hi, it does look like your chinese hamster is a male and it is perfectly normal for the testicles to swell and look like the hamster has a tumour, you should notice the (swelling) to change in size depending how hot it is. If you are worried seek vetinary advice.

My guess is that you have a male hamster and at times their testicles are huge and at first exposure to this it is rather frightening. Soooo stop freaking out pick him up under his shoulders/front legs turn him belly side towards you and look. Are ther 2 large swollen sacks?? If so its a male and he is ready to mate. If not take him to a local vet or back to the pet store for advise.

may have serious problems, either take to vet, if you want to keep, or take back to the place you got it and exchange your problem pet.
