Tickling can (and should) be a lot of fun - but only when the tickler RESPECTS the person that he/she is tickling and strives to keep it fun and playful for BOTH parties - not just himself or herself.

In order for there to be a fun tickling environment, you need to establish trust and respect. Your friend clearly did not feel respected and she clearly did not trust you.

Sometimes tickling causes a very negative reaction with some people. In some cases, they are soooooo ticklish that it literally hurts then when they are being tickled - even if it is a very gentle tickling. In some cases, they were tickle-tortured/tickle abused as children and they have a legitimate fear or phonia of being tickled. In some cases, tickling is a very personal thing and they can only feel comfortable when they are being tickled b a person that they truly trust, respect and want to be tickled by.

I would recommend that you call her and apologize to her for tickling her against her will and promise that you will respect her in the future. Keep in mind that you might not ever get to tickler her again.

You might ask her why she reacted so violently and angrily when you tickled her so that you can understand where she is coming from.

If you can build a true friendship based on total trust and respect - she may, someday, be willing to trust you to a gentle, playful tickling encounter. Without the trust and respect, you have no chance.

I am fully in favor of consensual, playful tickling and consensual playful, erotic tickling. I even love consensual playful, erotic, restrained tickling. But I am strongly opposed to non-consensual tickling. Unles you know the the full background of the person you tickle, you never know what emotional scars you might open with a simple, "harmless" tickle.

I wish you and your friend all the best!

PS. I am a very ticklish tickler! You are welcome to give me your best tickling shot as long as I get to return the wonderful favor!

Maybe you were "tickling" to hard or in the wrong places. She may not like being tickled. She might have been giving you signs to stop and you didn't so the only way to get you to listen was to slap you.Not saying that slapping is right but if you didn't stop what else could she do?That isn't exactly a reason to hate someone. I would just apologize and move on.

obviously she didn't like you tickling her..lol but I don't know why she would slap then kick you out in stead of her just telling you to stop.. maybe she felt awkward or something I don't know. Best thing to do is just call and say I'm sorry for what happened i didn't know it made you upset I thought we were just kidding around and just see what she says to justify why she treated you like that.
