I guess some people missed the part in the question that said "Other than your own ethnic group."

I'd have a few choices myself. Thai, because of their kick-*** food. I'd be over for dinner every night.

Definitely no Tuvans though. I don't know if I could deal with the eerie throat-singing in the middle of the night.

As many as I can get!!! I throw parties all the time and if my nieghbors could bring some Asian food, Italian,BBQ, Middle Eastern, Greek, or whatever it would be a HELLA GREAT PARTY!!! I would provide the Mexican of course, anyone would be welcome so long as they bring food and drinks from their native county, and if they don't drink then something else yummy and music. No haters would be allowed and we would keep going untill we all had to be at work the next day with nothing but Red Bulls to keep us going. Who wants to come???

I would like my neighbors to be quiet, law-abiding, and respectful of my privacy. I don't give a rat's a-- what their ethnicity is.
