shop around for a USB one try Maplin or pc world but as in other answer the ariel supplied is not much good unless you are sitting under transmitter, I used my roof ariel and get good results with freeview

Basically just buy an adaptor. Some plug in to a USB port some come on a card which you have to fit in a spare bay.
One thing though you still need a decent aerial for a decent picture. Bits of bent wire are pretty useless.
