Any Ideas on how to clean a delicate capiz shell chandelier?

I have a vintage capiz shell chandelier that I had outside hanging from the porch. Bad idea because now it is dingy-I want to bring it inside and am wondering how to make it sparkling white again?

You should be able to clean it with Oxzy clean. Just fill up your sink with warm water, add the oxzy clean and dip the chandelier. That is how I clean my wind chimes. And some of them are pretty fragile.
