I would only murder as a last resort. If someone is in real physical danger from another person I would obviously do everything I could to help them. That is the only way I justify murder. If you or someone is in harm's way and the only way to stop the person is to kill them.

murder is not justifiable. self-defense is. if the unfortunate outcome of that self-defense is the death of the attacker, then it was what was meant to occur--and probably the proper justice too, because that person obviously wouldn't be harming an innocent or felloe human being!
