who my husband took with him back to northern california we had a verbal agreement that he would return my son to me in 2 weeks it has been 4 weeks i have no information as to his whereabouts address or phone number what should i do???

Contact the authorities i.e. police in your area, If there is no custody agreement you may need to file for custody even not knowing where the father and child are.. You may need to file a missing persons report for both the child and father...
The most important thing to do right this second is get your child and the father on the radar of the authorities, you need to find them asap...
While it can't be considered kidnapping/ interference with a custody agreement if there is no agreement and the child belongs to the father, there are legal avenues to follow to resolve this...

Contact the authorities and file parental kidnapping charges against your husband. That will flush him out of the woodwork sooner or later.
