29,035 feet (8850 meters), there was an earlier incorrect figure that was 2 meters shorter. Also you have to realize that mount Everest is growing by about an inch every year due to the indian subcontinent grinding into Asia.

Its till now 8848m.Sometimes ago it was thought to be increased by 2 m ,But it is not confirmed.

8848m or 29,029ft...it grows 1 foot evey 10years or so
