I think mine is from The Devils Advocate when Al Pacino (as the devil) says to Keanu Reeves something along the lines of 'If that sack of rocks you're carrying is heavy, just put it down'

Mine would be from the movie, "Jawbreaker" where the character played by Pam Grier says, "... Some of the sweetest candies are sour as death inside..."
I guess just the irony of that statement meant simply that not everyone's as they appear to be.

I saw it on a bumper sticker years ago and I have adoped it ever since and it goes
"How Much Sin Can I Get Away With And Still Go To Heaven?"
It was supposed to be a jab at Catholics but I thought it was funny
