John,
I don't want to be too harsh when I break this to you but there is really no other way to say this. Yes, tennis is kinda fruity. No self respecting hero would play tennis. I think you are better suited for basketball or football, or if you really feel up for it, you might try running track. That usually gives me some giggles.
Good luck sport.

Tennis is a really fun sport, where when you go in the court, there is no coaching, it's just you against your opponent. You mainly tend to lose due to yourself. It's sad that tennis has gone down in the US the past decade. But I guess since the sports channels here show more poker and cheerleading rather than tennis, then I guess it will go down in popularity. Andre Agassi is finally retiring after 21 years of playing. Amazing enough, he is one of the biggest charity donators in all sports. I love tennis cause if you lose, you can't blame anybody but yourself.

okay, let's look at it like this: yes, you'd probably make more money (professionally) playing basketball so there's 1 point for that.
tennis is more of an endurance (and luck but we'll call it skills because it does require skills to play well) sport so if you're trying to be manly, there's 1 point for it...we're tied.
how many men watch tennis versus watching basketball? hmm, so if we're talking about fruity, i'd rather be in a sport that isn't watched by so many men versus one that's watched by many...and besides, we need more tennis players than basketball players but it's really up to you which one you like the most, not any one of us who'll post you back on this...good luck & have fun!

No tennis is for men to. Do you not watch ESPN or any channel that carries Tennis. Some of our greatest tennis players are male. If you enjoy playing, then I would sign up. But keep in mind that playing 2 sports might make it hard to keep up with your studies.

I've seen a basketball player pull his opponents pants down. I've never seen that in tennis. Enough said about what sport is "fruity".

Are you mad Tennis a Mans Sport i play it near Pro Level (meaning for my county here in the UK) for basketball you need to be tall and fit but for Tennis you need fast reactions and have to "think ahead" about where your gonna place that sweet shot!
So its all up to you what do ya think Faster Reactions or Running for no meaning!

Get maria sharapova to serve like roddick. 156mph or somthing?
maria can only scream everytime her strings make contact with the ball.

Andre Agassi is an awesome male tennis player. Don't let silly stereotypes keep you from doing what you love and what you excel at.
Good luck!
