Under your "nature's law" parents are suppose to love and take good care of their children and when this don't happen they are adopted out. I know some Gay guys who make great parents and should be noted for it but because they are Gay they are hated for it. Look I take care of my dog better then some straight people take care of their own kids so maybe someone should speak against them.

There are a lot of straight couples out there that can't have a baby the old fashion way, should they too be excluded from raising a child through adoption, or one of the other many ways there are now to have a child?
There are a lot of children that need a good home and loving parent's. I don't care if someone is gay or not, if they can provide that, they should be given the right to do so.
Every person has the right to be happy and to have a family, and just because someone is gay doesn't mean they have less rights's to that same happiness that us straight people do.
You should be more concerned with why people who have a history of abusing children that have the "RIGHT" to bring more children into the world, or are allowed around children at all.

JERK, WE DID NOT OPT OUT. Most long term couples want children, whether they are gay or straight. That's what being a family is.
Why do straight people think it's their RIGHT to have too many children on this planet when we are already overpopulated? Got an answer for that one?

Gee if this is nature's law, then nature screwed up!

First off, NOT ALL (one male, one female) Couples are ABLE to procreate. So you can take that homophobic garbage somewhere else!
Secondly, the individual bodies of gays/lesbians work the SAME way as a heterosexual's body.
Thirdly, it's not just our RIGHT as HUMAN BEINGS, but it's simply biology. If you can't handle that, stuff YOU!
Fourth, Humans are NOT the only mamals known to have homosexual relationships! So get used to it, WE'RE EVERYWHERE!
Fifth, Studies have shown without question that gay/lesbian parented homes produce children with a better understanding and compassion towards their fellow human beings.

and lastly..........WE'RE HUMAN BEINGS...end of discussion.

well lets take a look at the word right, for the sake of this argument it can be stated that no person has the right to bear or rear a child IE you can not find one in the constitution, now from the natural law debate, this is kind of screwy as there is really no known determined set of laws.

I don't think it is anyone's right to have children. My partner and I have raised 3 beautiful, intelligent and talented children. It wasn't our right. It is what we wanted.

I didn't "opt out" of nature's law. I still produce baby making materials. I can still get with a woman and have kids. There is nothing preventing me from doing so. Do you opt out every time you masturbate? LOL! Makes your question look kind of stupid now doesn't it?

But thanks for being so concerned with homosexuals to ask this questions. Now go ask the crack hos why they think it is their right to have children. And don't forget the religious fanatics who screw their childrens' minds up so bad they can't have meaningful relationships.

It is every bit as much their right to have/raise children as anyone else. Sorry, heterosexuality doesn't hold the patent on breeding. You can be d@mn sure of one thing though, when "we" get a child, be it thru adoption, artificial insemination, surrogacy, or from actual previous marraiges, those children are wanted and loved, not just an accident from some drunken fling or the result of a broken condom.

Because they can, that's why. And there's nothing you can do about it! Also, many gays and lesbians can find ways to have kids biologically( lesbians can go to the sperm bank, gay men can get a woman to have a child for them), so if they can do this, it's obviously a right.

Now, the real question is what makes you think you have the "right" to ask dumb questions?

Everyone should have the same rights
I would rather see a stable same sex couple rasing a child rather then an abusive unstable heterosexual couple raising a child
With the amount of abuse and neglect in this country I think instead of focusing on the sex of the parents we should instead focus on the well being of the child. And, studies have proven that a chiold raised by same sex parents is no more or less likely to be gay. But, a child raised in an abusive home is more likely to marry or become an abuser
