harrassing and threatening harm how can I block this number?

Ask your phone co. about privacy manager,this feature will not allow ppl who block their # to call u and they will be promted of this when they try to call......i have this feature and love it!

First of all you should have hit star 69 to see if you could trace the number...some poepl are too dumb to block it when they call like that. Thn, you caould call your phone company and request the number from them if they have it, just explain the situation from them...Lastly, if you already know the number and want to block them you'll have to get in touch with your phone company to block that number...it may be a little extra each month, only like $15 but it'll be worth it for your safety and convienience. Call your phone company to block the number. I think they allow up to 3 block numbers at a time. Or do a number look up find out who it is and report them to the police.

Call your phone company. Some have codes you can enter to block callers like this. Check out the inside of your phone book (usually in first part) for call blocking or rejection

Call your phone company and ask them. If it persists you can always get your phone company to change your number. They will usually do it once for free if it's because of harassing phone calls. Do you have caller ID or star 69. Try and get the number and then report it to the police.

Call the police and report the phone call and number. Then call your phone company and tell them you'd like to get call block added to your service. This allows you to choose #'s you don't want to receive calls from.

You'll have to check with your phone service provider. They all seem to handle it differently. If you receive more of these calls try and record them. That can help a lot if it develops into something more serious.

Did they call you by name, it may just be a nut dialing every number he looks up. Block the call, they'll get the message. Next time it may one of those sex maniac's that gets their kicks calling women, so just block that number.
