pretty much my shields have been put up naturally over the years just start thinking of basic things like a brick wall or anything you belive is very hard to break and start projecting that. That should help ya start forming one, but only if you have the mental capacity to do it.

I don't bother, it's not worth it.
There aren't really any others around, and it just gives me a headache. Plus I find it easier to just deal with the minds as they come.
