Niccolo Machiavelli was an Italian politician/ philosopher who is best known for writing "The Prince" in 1513. The book dealt with the principles of governing or ruling over people. It also showed ways a ruler could reign even from the shadows such as the Tupac connection By means of Faking Ones OWN DEATH to escape an assassination plot.
