Kobe Bryant will be wearing #24 jersey starting this season instead the usual #8.
#24 jersey is his jersey back in his high school days.
I prefer #8 than #24, which this two numbers do you prefer?

by the way "dane p": he wore #24 in high school as a freshmen and #33 when he was a senior! he also said he's changing his number because he multiplied his titles by his "old" #8: 8 x 3 = 24

Ya Kobe is star wereing #24 on his jersey not #8 and I prefer #8 better think about it did he got famos with #8 on his jersey and his career high pts with that number#8

I prefer #8, but mostly b/c that's just the number that I associate with him. #24 is a pretty pedestrian number, but I'm sure by the time Kobe finishes with it, it will be a popular number.

I don't care. The only person the numbers really matter to are the players, they often choose numbers that have personal significance. He could wear any number he likes and pleases as long as he continues to play as well as he did last season.

#8 cuz i grew up watching him as number #8 it feels weird to have a new number when u have been watching him since he started plaing with the lakers as number #8 but oh well i guess

oh it really doesnt matter. its just one of my attention-seeking dramas. im tired of wade and bron getting all the love. i should be the one hoggin' the spotlight. so thank you for noticing and mentioning it. many people have been paying attention to me and its just as i planned. im also trying desperately to be like mike(remember mike's change from #45 back to #23?)... anyway i wanted the 24 because it would be one up to #23, and i strongly believe i am better than mike...
