No...Its only powder..Its not like you are walking around with the whole deal going on(full on makeup)..I would suggest though going and buying a cleanser, toner and facial cream that will help with the oily shine you have..I really like Biore..It works for me and my skin is great..Still you can use your powder...
Good Luck :)

No... This means that you care about your looks and there's nothnig sexier than a man who tries to look good... at least that's what i think... Shiny skin is a major turn off... if you were on a date with me and i see your skin shining like you just poured cooking oil all over your face, i'd say 'sorry, but i have to go somewhere...anywhere away from you'... i have a guy best friend, who is straight and is flirtatious and is crazy about girls... he wears lip balm.. he'll even put them on in public... this only shows that he cares about his features... just don't wear too much powder to the point that i think your face is a cement sculpture... if ladies can wear men's jeans, why can't men wear face powder..??

To me, powder would be a little too... I am self conscious and not happy with myself. And that is more of a turn off for me. Oily skin is not that bad if you don't have ACNE along with it.

I would recommend using a cream to reduce shine. Bath and Body Works has a great one called OATS from it's Pure Simplicity line. It gives a Mat finish while controlling oil production.

Shiny skin WOULD turn most women off. But powder is okay, as long as it's not really evident that you're wearing it.
Try washing your face with cleanser designed for oily skin. That should be able to solve the problem without making you use cosmetics.
Good luck with it =)

Yeah, That would put me off. My advice, see a dermatoligist and get going on a skin care regime. I don't even wear base, or powder and I'm a girl. Full on face make-up is so tacky so leave it for the drama freaks and weirdo guys who wear make-up. Your skin will only get worse by putting on make-up and clogging your pores.

Honestly yes. You should probably handle this with cleanser and oil absorbing pads. Don't cleanse your skin too much. When you over cleanse your face it starts producing oil to make up for what you have stripped. Try washing with the new stuff they have out that doesn't strip your skin of nutrients but adds them.

Well there are probably better options out there for you but no. I think it's great that you care about your apperance and hopefully your health too. As long as it doesnt look like your wearing a tonne of it and it's not very noticable I don't see why it's a problem.

I don't think that you wearing powder would put me off. If I found you atractive and interesting, powder would not be an issue.
