The world's largest living cat would be the liger. Which is cross between a male lion and a female tiger. They can weigh up to a 850 lbs. Though some ligers have reported to weigh more than 1100lbs. The siberian tiger is the largest naturally occuring cat. The male Siberian can weigh up to 700lbs.

Smokey was the largest living domestic cat in 1997. Over 40 pounds. If your asking about Wild cat the largest would be the Siberian Tiger.
