Benefit have a fantastic product called Lemon aid. Brush on the top of your eyelids and under the eyes too. You will end up with a really striking youthful appearance. Fantastic!!!.

Well I'm not sure how to remove it but if you brush a little bit of concealer then a bit of light, pink, shear shadow under your eyes it should help to make them less noticable. The pink reflects light a bit and brightens up your eyes and face. Be careful to blend it in well. :D

First, make sure you are getting enough sleep. Be gentle with your skin when you wash and apply makeup. Use a lightweight concealer under your foundation (yellow tinged concealer if those circles have a bluish color).

www.avon.com

They have numerous products that work wonders...including undereye cream to lighten your circles and concealer to cover them up in the meantime. :) Good luck, as I've been there and I know it's not fun.
