At 80% of the dudes don't wash their hands when using restrooms, so i'd carry around some alcohol wipes too.

No, sometimes I'd like to wash them! You never know what the hand of that person has been doing, so I agree absolutely with the old way: people just bowed at one another.

I suppose it's less offensive to wipe em before you shake hands instead of after.
