I was robbed by a crackhead. I have never done or even seen any, but it is taking over our community.

I do not live in a getto. I live in a nice, expensive neighborhood. That is why I work hard, so I can afford to live away from that crap! They just come here to rob us.

It is an addictive drug which leaves a person with no inclination to do anything but to live for the next high. He/she does not care how they get it or who they hurt to get it. There have been children,sold, pimped out, homes, lost, businesses busted, for the drug. To the crack addict there is nothing in life but crack.
It's much life the high people get from smoking just on a smaller scale. You need protection and the addict needs to be locked away or blown away. That is the only answer. it should be life for procession of illegal drugs.life in a work foprever to make them pay for thsier abuse.

Two things: if you've ever done coke then you know what a powerful pull it can exert on you- so much so that if you let it get away from you, you'd do anything when you're coming down to get some more. Also, if you're smoking crack, you probably live in the projects, which means you don't have much to do or much hope for sucess in life. Crack is terrible, definitely.

heh. punkin has a point. if you HAVE never seen them, how do you know they are one? (even though it's obvious enough lol)...crack/coke is a nasty nasty drug that indeed does demolish one's willpower over their physical and mental selves, thus causing the irrational behavior and violence.
you could move to a new home/location, if need be, or you feel that threatened and unsafe.
research it, or check out a D.A.R.E website or something haha if you want to educate yourself on the crap they call crack. but...if someone asks you to hold their "bag of rocks" or "salt", get the hell away! :P
i seriously hoped you called the police after the incident took place! give them a description as best you can, of the person/area it happened, any weapons, etc... hopefully they'll catch him!
