Keep track of the pros and cons. Everytime he does something selfish write it down. When he does something unselfish write it down. Then at the end of the month show it to him and he will see how many selfish and unselfish things he has done. Good luck

Was he like this before you married him? if he was and you married him think he would change, you were aw wrong. Most selfish people are self centered. Difficult if not impossible;e to change them. Tell him you demand he seeks counseling or you will leave him. Then follow through. it'll be healthier for you and any kids you have or might have.

The same way you get men to 'see' anything...with a taste of his own medicine. They don't really understand what something feels like until they experience it themselves. Worked like a charm on mine AND made me feel sooooo much better LOL!

tell him what you just said in your last question. and tell him how it makes you feel. if he makes excuses and says you're over-exaggerating, then you need to explain to him that regardless if you are blowing it out of proportion, that it makes you feel like he thinks of himself first, always. next time call his friend and tell him to call your man so he is out of the picture and you can have some alone time.

sit down with him when you have some quiet down and tell him how you feel without pointing out the obvious reasons so he won't feel like he is being interrogated
