My boyfriend's penis is starting to peel. We had sex 2 days in a row, the 1st day after that, we were both sore because we though it was rough sex. That same night we had sex again, even though we both hurt. Now 2 days later my boyfriend penis is starting to peel. We have been active for over 2 years and this is tha 1st time this has hapend. Should we worry before we see a doctor, or could it be dry skin?

is it red/sore? Maybe he has a yeast infection from you. Or maybe you just overdid it. Some hydrocortisone cream 1% from the drug store may help - though it's probably not suitable for the head of the penis - ask the pharmacist. That'll take care of the inflamation, but he should go get checked out at the STD clinic to see if there's anything else he needs to do.

Well, if you have been having sex for two days, how could it be dry skin since it was in you most of the time? Could be an allergic reaction to your vaginal juices. Next time, tell him to wash his penis after sex and that should solve the problem unless both of you have been very active with other people. In that case, see a doctor and get checked for STD.

I don't think that it is just dry skin because skin that is in your private areas should not peel!! he needs to see a doctor he might have some kind of skin condition or it could be a symptom of a std or something but he needs to get checked out!!

mine did that some too .Just below the headand just the outer layer of skin. It was no disease it was probably sensitive skin. The skin on a penis goes through a lot with swelling and contracting. being stuffed in a hostile environment.Try a dab of lotion to clear it up. If that doesn't work then worry.

You need to see your ob/gyn. It can be a ton of different things, but if it is somthing that he gould have given to you, hen you need to have it taken care of ASAP. Keep in mind that 99% of things that grow on skin xposed to the outside world, like a penis, die off quickly. Those same things dont die as easy inside of you.

Did you use a different style condom, some people are allergic to condoms made from certain materials.

It could be anything..but, you really need to be sure..see your PCP.(family DR)..better safe than sorry. Could be as simple as a male yeast infection..yes, it happens!
