Do you think it is necessary to addd anything to diesel fuel?

I drive a Dodge PU and have heard ATF once in in a while is good

I would not add anything to diesel fuel all those additaves are just a rip off i have never heard of adding ATF to it before.. I would just stick to regular diesel fuel...

there is no need to add anything in diseal,
if u will do this, it will harm your engine

Don't do it. You'll wind up frying your engine.
