Hmm, one of them is lying obviously.
Ask your friend what is the purpose of her telling you that she went out with your boyfriend. Is she trying to warn you about him? Is she trying to make you jealous? Does she want to break you up so that she can have him?
You might find the answer about who is telling the truth by finding out why she felt the need to tell you that.

I would get them both together in the same room with you and see what happens. Maybe that will refresh the boyfriend's memory, or make the friend realize she was thinking of someone else.

Go with your gut.
I don't know you, but my gut says HE is lying.
If I had to bet, I would put $10 that they went out, and maybe even made out or more.
She is trying to come clean about it, probably because he came onto her again, while you two are together now.
The scene:
Him to Her: "I had a great time when we went out, we should "Do it" again some time..." wink wink.
Her to Him: "Yeah, I think your really hot too...But um your still with my friend...."
Him to Her: "But I don't love her like I love you.. kiss me a little right here..."
Her to Him: "I have to go... before I get wrapped up in something naughty"
So she talks to you, and you talk to Him, and he was like "What? No? I don't even know her...Well okay I know her, but it was a big mis understanding...Nobody loves you like I do baby. (like a car salesman)
What a cheese ball. Cut him loose.

Obviously, one of them is lying. Therefore, I would be on my guard for further lies from either of them. It is a bad red flag if your boyfriend lies to you. So be careful in both relationships.
Look for further evidence of lying (past, present or future) before dumping either of them.

I have two things to say to you. Check the category you post your question in , review it before you send it. Your question is a grammatical nightmare.

well, if you like the guy, and he did not do your friend wrong, and she is not upset that you see him, keep dating him, if she has a problem with it, or he did her really wrong, then drop him... there are always other guys, friends are for ever...
