When I lived there, I would have my windows open in my house until about May when it got hot. By October, it was nice again. So I'd give it about 7 fabulous months of great weather. Whatever you do, avoid June- August! You walk out of your house and you're already soaked in sweat before you reach your car!

Most of the year is nice although may, july, august, september tend to be very wet and humid. Then during december - february you get a nice breeze.
