The man I am with wants to paint his. He says it would be fun and if it is ok for a girl, it is ok for a guy. What do you think?

Will he wear sandals? Then it might be weird...I had a coworker who was a bank teller by day/female impersonator by night. He polished his toes for one of his shows and forgot to take the polish off and he lived with his dad. His dad knew he was gay but didn't know about the drag queen stuff so he had to walk around the house with socks on in 1000 degree weather and when asked had to pretend his toes were cold. That was funny, I just hope your BF isn't planning on being a drag queen behind your back, lol!

But haven't you heard about it? Apparently it is very popular for woman to paint their boyfriends' toenails! Apparently it is therapeutic and the couple bond when they do that. I used to give my one ex-boyfriend facials and then he would be lying there with a face mask on his face, posing for pictures! So co-operative! But he didn't like the idea of painted toenails! If your boyfriend is comfortable with that, go for it and enjoy it! It is not as if it is permanent like a tattoo!

dude.. this is NOT ok. I understand where he is coming from by saying the whole if girls can guys can too.. but some things like painting toenails/fingernails is just too feminine for straight guys to do. I'm sorry no disrespect or anything but. yea that's not exactly normal.

Why, if men are so strong do they need this level of acceptance from anyone else. Let's face it, anyone who does something 'different' is ridiculed by the masses unless of course you are one of the celebrities, then your setting a trend!!

Let him do what he wants. But he wants to obtain any more feminine habits, get lost. I don't even paint my nails and I have bottles of nail polish given to me so i'd be glad to give them away.

In all honesty, I would question his sexual tendencies...but let him do whatever he wants and if you don't feel comfortable with it, there are plenty more fish in the sea.
