I think anybody with some money and who is willing to get plastic surgery can experience a physical transformation.

I Do. Why? B/c I am in Process of it right now. It's been going on for a bout 1year, but I have lost 40lbs (working out and eating healthy)

I am about to have oral surgury

I bought Contacts for my eyes.

The Ticket? I take a picture monthly of my self so I can see my progress so that I dont get discouraged.

Also all the while I take care of what I do have: I get facials 1x mth. Pedicures&Manicures 1X every two Weeks. If I cant have it done, I do it myself.
I keep my hair fixed.

I also buy a new outfit once a month as a reward

Although I have no exact figures, I estimate that the Swan and Extreme Makeover use btw $25,000 - $100,000 of plastic/cosmetic surgery PER CONTESTANT to achieve their supposed "beauty." To me, anything that UN-natural cannot and never will be truly "beautiful."

Speaking ONLY of outside, physical attractiveness, I have found that the best way to both look and feel YOUR PERSONAL BEST (which, of course, not everyone will find beautiful!!!) is to keep yourself as healthy as possible without going overboard on focusing on your appearance.

It's simple: moderate exercise (30-45 minutes of sweaty cardio 3x per week & 30-45 minutes of weight/strength training 2-3x per week); sensible, healthy eating (depending on your age, height, body frame, and level of activity, usually 1,500 - 2,000 calories per day); not doing anything to excess (i.e. working, drinking, NO SMOKING, dining out, stressing, etc...)

Doing all of these healthy, natural things will improve not only your physical health and appearance, but your mental health, quality of life, and CONFIDENCE as well. Remember: there is nothing sexier than a person who has confidence in themselves, as long as they are not arrogant or snobby!

Good luck...it is truly all within your reach and does not cost a thing but your time!

anyone can change their looks but changing the inside is what matters the most. The rest is just a cover for insecurities. Be happy with what God gave you. The looks go eventually anyway.

I think anyone who is willing to work hard can change if they really set their mind to it.
