i've bought it online before, and i think it is. you shouldn't have any problems.

Do not buy it though, they are scam artists and use subscritption style billing. Meaning they will send you supplies monthly and bill you monthly. I tried to end my subscrition and it took 4 months. They tried to send me to collection for the bill. Luckily I had proof in writing.
I ended my subscripition because I found the medicated apricot facial scrub and witch hazel are just as effective, offers the same results and cost 3 times less.
Do not buy from these people.

You should be fine if you are purchasing directly from the manufacturer or from a reputable site. If you are purchasing from a less known site I would be leary and check with your credit card company to see what your rights are in case you experience any problems.
